A new outfit for Bogs.
One familiar frog, 32 existing poses, ten colour collections. Change his skin, vest, scarf, brass and cream markings separately, then watch the same colours follow him through every pose.
Change individual materials
Eyes, ink and the brown leather cuff stay original. Skin includes its darker spots; cream markings include the mouth and belly. The rear view has no visible cream area.

About the material maps
Two RGB maps give Bogs five independent materials. Map A: red is skin, green is clothing, blue is scarf. Map B: red is metal, green is cream, and blue is unused. Black keeps the original ink and other locked details.
Every original frame, transparent edge and pivot is preserved. These are palette and animation studies, not a playable Quest update. Existing small texture and stance differences remain in the original poses.
